When you prepare a meal, do you use my kitchen?Because I'm a personal chef and not a caterer, all meals must be prepared either in a home kitchen or in a DHEC-approved commercial kitchen. If your business facility does not have an adequate kitchen, let's talk to create a custom solution for you.

Do you provide the pots, pans, plates, silverware, and glassware?We typically use whatever cookware, plates, silverware, and glasses you currently have on hand, but we can provide them for you upon request.

Where do you purchase your ingredients?We search for the freshest items, purchased from local farmers and trustworthy companies so we always cook for you with the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients available.

Do you have a limit of the number of people you'll serve?You can book a private dinner of 2-5 guests, and a dinner party of 10-30 guests, however, let's talk and once we learn more about your specific event, we'll let you know if we are a good fit.

What if a guest is late?We serve the first course approximately 15 minutes after the time on the dinner party invitation. If a guest misses a course because they arrive after that time, we will not interrupt the flow of service. The guest is welcome to join everyone and wait until the next course is served.

Do you offer your services outside of the Columbia, South Carolina area? Are you willing to travel?Yes! We love to travel. We serve guests in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama and apply a travel fee if you are located over 50 miles from Columbia, South Carolina. Please contact us for more information.
